June 2010 - "Earth Songs" by Linnis Blanton. Massive ceramic pieces inspired by rhythm in nature are on exhibit at the Ice House Museum in Silsbee, Texas from June 2 through June 26. “Earth Songs” is a collection of recent work by well-known Lamar ceramics professor Linnis Blanton. The museum will host a reception for the artist Sunday, June 13, 2010 from 2-4pm.  Regular museum hours are Wed-Thur 10:30-3 and Sat 9:30-2.
